Canned Fruits / Vegetables
Applesauce (jarred)
Mac N Cheese (boxed)
Breakfast Item (Cereal, Pancake Mix, etc)
Thanksgiving/Christmas Meal items:
Mashed Potatoes (boxed or packets)
Gravy (jarred or packets)
Yams (canned)
Cranberry Sauce (canned)
*Remember* Only non-perishable items, Nutritional labels intact, Products good 6 months past Best Sell/Use By Date
WHO DOES THE FOOD PANTRY SERVE?
- One week each month we sponsor families referred to us by Virginia Beach Social Services by supplying those families with pantry items.
- Provide Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Baskets to low income families at Diamond Springs Elementary School.
- We work with B.E.A.C.H., a community partnership between citizens and faith, business, non-profit, and city organizations who are working together in Bringing and End to All City Homelessness. Distribution with B.E.A.C.H. is the 3rd week of each month.
