Meet Alison

Alison has been a resident of Virginia Beach for 48 years! Real Estate is a huge part of her life both professionally and personally. At age 24, she bought her first home which is now almost mortgage-free and additionally owns two rental properties. She loves to save money, build equity, invest wisely, and enjoys helping others do the same!

Clients come first, NOT the commission.My clients describe me as a strong negotiator and advocate. Additionally, they say I bring compassion, friendship, and humor to a process that can often be quite stressful. I take advantage of cutting-edge technology and ongoing training to stay equipped in the industry, and best serve my clients. I have built many lifelong relationships and friendships after the sale is complete.

Married to her husband, Jimmy in a very modest wedding in Norfolk, Virginia. She became a mom in my 40's to a beautiful daughter. She is devoted to her faith in God, husband, two daughters and her Golden Retriever! In her spare time, she loves experimenting with her freeze dryer, crafting/Dollar Tree upcycling, thrifting, and camping with family.

Meet Natalie

Natalie has been in real estate and the AC & Co. Team for four years, currently the buyer's agent with a background in Operations and Transaction Management. Natalie's passion is educating and empowering clients, especially first-time homeowners and those looking to move up in the market. Her business experience lends to precise, accurate oversight of contracts and exceptional communication skills with clients.

Originally from Texas, she attended the University of Texas at Austin before "marrying the military." This Navy journey brought the family to SEVEN states - buying, selling, renting, and investing all over the country. These experiences give Natalie the extraordinary empathy and insight she brings to buyers. During these years, she served on boards for several military, religious, and arts organizations; additionally, she homeschooled their daughters for five years.

A passionate wife and mother of two teen girls, Natalie looks forward to sharing her knowledge of Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area, which they have called home twice. When not out with buyers, you can find Natalie carpooling to local gymnastics and dance studios, checking out local restaurants with her husband - call sign "AYCE", practicing Pilates, or reading a book on Sandbridge Beach.
